Frequently asked questions

Do the plans support monthly and annual billing?

Yes — every plan has a monthly and a yearly price, and you choose the period with the billing toggle on the page.

There is no lock-in: plans can be cancelled at any time, and upgraded or downgraded whenever your needs change. If none of the plans fits your project exactly, I prepare a tailored quote.

Where is the infrastructure located?

All services run on servers in Falkenstein, Germany — one of the best-connected and most energy-efficient datacenter regions in Europe.

The hosting environment is subject to German law and committed to respecting EU security and privacy standards, GDPR included.

Your data. Your backups. Always inside the EU. Full stop.

What happens after I request a plan?

Send the request straight from the configurator — the e-mail is pre-filled with your name, your contact and every detail of the plan you built.

I read it and reply with a quote and the payment method you picked in the questionnaire: Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, MB Way, Paysafecard, Bitcoin, Solana or Monero.

Once payment is settled, provisioning, TLS certificate, DNS and mail authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) are handled for you — you receive credentials ready to use, without touching a server.

Which clients and protocols are supported?

Any e-mail client that speaks IMAP/SMTP — Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail or mobile apps — so you can keep the workflow you already have.

Anti-spam and outbound authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) are enabled by default, and access is TLS-encrypted.

Is the domain included?

Your own domain is not included by default — but you have simple options:

• Bring your own domain (or buy it at the registrar of your choice): DNS, TLS and mail authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) are configured for you;

• Use a free vortexia.wiki address — you buy nothing and manage no domain, and the mailbox still gets a discount of 0,05 € per GB of quota;

A public domain provided by me is available at an additional cost, adjusted to the best price currently available on the market.

Can I migrate my existing mail?

Yes. Export your mail from the current provider and I import it into your new mailbox, preserving folders and structure.

For larger accounts I can help plan the transition in stages, so nothing is lost and nobody notices the change.
